konosuba Love For These Clothes Of Desire [Review]

Konosuba Love For These Clothes Of Desire is such a long name…Ya. That's a huge problem but a funny and expected problem since the series, Konosuba Gods Blessing On This Wonderful World, is a comedy that has a ridiculously long name anyway. Konosuba Love For These Clothes Of Desire is my first visual novel experience and unfortunately my last, as I do not like reading at all nor do I like to read anything for the duration of an entire game, although I will say this game is amazing and was very interesting. Konosuba the Game (shortened name) has interesting mechanics added to it such as an affection meter that bulbs up due to various choices you can make while playing the game. Much like the show, the dialogue in this game is absolutely bonkers and always catches you off guard. I’m one to talk but the grammar and general spelling are kind of an issue, from what I gather from a lot of friends and family, visual novels usually have this issue and rarely come to the United States. Something worth noting this game is pretty much a 3 or 4-episode arc from the anime that's padded and dragged on to become a 12-hour or so game, so keep that in mind. Lastly, this game does include crafting and management mechanics as well, so there is a lot to offer if you are a regular visual novel reader or player? I'm honestly not sure what the correct language is for this. This game was interesting but not my cup of tea. If the game was fully voice-acted in English I definitely would have liked it a lot more.

I overall enjoyed my experience with this game and although it was not for me, my personal feelings about the voice acting and some of the small errors here and there doesn't mean I will not recommended this game to someone that likes the show or someone that likes to play visual novels. Konosuba fans rejoice you have a gem here.
