I don't think there's a single gamer out there who hasn't heard this warning at least once from a family member. Back then, staring at a screen for hours didn't seem like the best idea. Now, however, with so much of our lives behind digital screens, we're spending much more time squinting at small LED displays, or gazing into our monitors as our eyes race to keep track of whatever objective lies ahead.
So, how can we protect our eyes? Gunnar Optiks has the answer - some awesome looking shades.
Ok, so they're not sunglasses really, but they are designed to limit blue light and make gaming, streaming, and generally interacting with screens a bit easier for the average joe.
