Lurch [Hands On Impressions]

Lurch is a Phasmophobia-style game that makes characters look for different colored fuses in a dark house. During the gameplay, players are being stalked by a creepy demon with glowing eyes, which is honestly very eerie in such a dark house. This game would be fun and easy to recommend if it weren't for the monster constantly taking your sanity every second. Most everything you do in this game is a mini-puzzle. So, players will spend a lot of time standing still. Nothing annoying or difficult; it's just that while you do it, you get zero breathing room. The monster practically sets up camp behind you and drains your sanity, making it to the point where you can't really do anything to progress. Lastly, when you die, you don't even realize you're dead until you randomly just don't have control of your character anymore. Deaths are very abrupt. Luckily, this game is still in early access. So I will write a formal review after a few updates have been posted.
