What is going on everybody! Hope your week has been good! For me it’s going great because it’s new comic book day! Let’s get right into The Pull!

First off this week lets get DC first, if I didn’t know any better I think DC is trying to put Lex Luthor back in the spotlight for an upcoming project maybe?

First off with DC this week is, Superman: Lex Luthor Special #1! It seems that a key piece to solving a mystery lies within Luthor’s memories but Lex himself doesn’t want to remember, will Superman force him to get his memories back and bring back his great rival?

Up next is Lex and the City #1, the play on words here is top tier if you ask me. This comic follows several lovebirds and their stories, who do you think Lex is going to be thinking about?

Next up this week is Boom Studios and they have a new #1 from a fantastic world with Book of Cutter #1! from the Slaughterverse! Maxine Slaughter is on her way to Europe to learn more about House Cutter.

Let’s keep it going with horror themed comics and jump to Image Comics with The Seasons #1, The Season sisters have slowly been falling prey to sinister forces and Spring is the only one left, can she save her sisters before it’s too late?

We aren’t stopping with horror today, next up from Image Comics is Blood Train #1, after backpacking across Asia, a group of friends gets on a train to head back home, but one of them has been infected with a bio-virus and if now everyone on the train is a target. Can the friends stop this before the end of the ride?

Last up this week is Marvel Comics! Let’s start off with Hellhunters #2! Did I choose this one because it fit a theme I already have going? Yes. Did I choose this one because it has our heroes kicking Nazi butt and I think we all need that right now? Also yes!

That is, it for the new comics coming out this week but what about comics from the future? Going forward we are going to be letting y’all know about some comics that are coming up on FOC (final order cutoff) the following Monday! Let’s take a look at this upcoming FOC Comics!

Doctor Strange of Asgard #1, FOC is Feb 3rd. Doctor Strange has lost the title of Sorcerer Supreme to Doom and now Strange is having an identity crisis, and he decides to travel to Asgard to see if he can do something for Asgard. Loki decides to take advantage of this!

Stay out of the Woods #1, FOC Feb 3rd, this is a one shot from Image Comics, a nightmarish terror stirs up horror in a small town, and three friends try and brave the haunted woods in this coming-of-age redemption story!

Last up is The Seasons #2, FOC Feb 3rd. Well, you picked up Issue #1 this week so might as well pre-order issue #2 while you are at it! Spring has been given an invitation to a Magical Circus, with some answers but even more questions!
