Mithical Entertainment @ SVCC - Day One

By: Archmage & ZeloOmegaThe first annual Silicon Valley Comic-Con (SVCC) kicked off yesterday evening. Hosted by Steve Wozniak, co-founder of Apple, and Palmer Luckey, owner and founder of Oculus, the 3-day event centered around comics, tech and general Geekdom is hoped to be the first of many. With a staggering guest list, including comic artists, tech influencers and movie & TV stars, it's no wonder the show is already commanding a hefty admission fee.The main draw of the preview night was the panel "An Evening with William Shatner", and no...not the wax one. Although the resemblance is uncanny...Wax Shatner People flooded in to have a chat with Captain Kirk, and by the time he took the stage it was definitely a full house. https://twitter.com/MithicalEnt/status/711009115942707200Besides the Shatner panel, there were a few other small events at SVCC, but the main draw for many on this preview night was the vendors hall and general convention shenanigans. Superman movie, including Batman's battle armor.Batman Display Today SVCC has a full schedule of exciting panels and events, including a Founder Fireside with Wozniak and Luckey, a chat with Loot Crate staff about the process of picking which loot goes out each month, and numerous photo ops with celebrities like Michael J.
