KARMA: The Dark World [Demo Impressions]

KARMA: The Dark World is a story-driven walking simulator with outstanding graphics and a captivating plot. While the game is not frightening, it does contain some disturbing imagery and depictions of torture. I am unsure whether the game qualifies as a horror game, but it certainly has some dark and unsettling elements. The Leviathan Corporation maintains absolute control over its citizens through mass surveillance, rigid social class rules, and mind-altering drugs. As a Roam Agent for Leviathan's Thought Bureau, you investigate crime scenes, interview suspects, and report your findings. You explore the minds of the accused, confronting horrors that test your sanity. Immerse yourself in a cinematic interactive story that explores family, love, loss, and control.
