Umaru-Chan Premium Box Set was marked down from $179.98 to an incredible $49.99. With a markdown of nearly 75%, I knew I couldn’t ignore this deal and immediately purchased it.What’s InsidePrior to opening this box set, I was completely ignorant to what was inside. I honestly bought it because I own very little Umaru-shaped items and I wanted to change that. I was pleasantly surprised by the contents therein. The first thing to greet me was the CD cases. Both DVD and Blu-Ray versions of the first season are included. There is also the soundtrack of the first season inside, which was a nice addition.Next I dug into the extras box to see what other goodies were included. As I removed the contents of the box, I found myself surprised at how much stuff there was. In total, I received a mini Umaru-Chan figure, a lanyard, a magnet, and a keychain. A four-pack of character buttons and a holographic postcard of Umaru dancing were also inside.All of the items mentioned above sit snugly inside an Umaru-shaped box. Be prepared to clear off a lot of room on your anime shelf as this thing is humongous. It’s fairly wide and easily dwarfs the rest of my anime box sets. As I had no other way to display it, Umaru proudly and smugly sits in front of a good portion of my box sets.The Price Is RightA quick peek on Sentai’s website shows that this boxset is currently on sale for $116.99. While that isn’t as phenomenal as what I paid, it’s still a pretty stellar price for all of the collectibles you receive. If I had to, I would even pay full price for this box set. I remember how pricey it used to be to get anime on VHS. To be able to not only get the show, but in multiple formats with a bunch of extras, is a dream come true.Fans looking to purchase the Himouto!!
