Check out what's new from USAopoly at Gen Con 2018

By: IllusionGen Con 2018 tickets completely sold out this year. Walking through the halls of the convention center, I was amazed at the number of people that attended. The vendor hall was especially crowded, and it's no surprise: gaming companies from all over the country (even the world) set up large booths to showcase their newest releases. Perhaps even more important, they gave patrons an opportunity to demo them.I had an opportunity to swing by USAopoly to check out what's new with them. Let's look at some of their newest releases.Thanos RisingThe first game to catch my eye was Thanos Rising. Thanos Rising is 4 player cooperative game where players take on the roll of an Avenger, attempting to recruit other heroes and take out Thanos' henchmen before he can get a hold of all of the Infinity Stones.This is not an easy task. I had an opportunity to play through the game. Be prepared to really work together with your fellow players if you expect to win this one.Thanos Rising is already for sale for $49.95.Harry Potter CodenamesAlright Harry Potter fans! Time to test your knowledge with Harry Potter Code Names! Players are members of The Order of the Phoenix, sending codes to each other to help defeat you know who. Cards include pictures from all of the films. Doesn't get much better than that! Im looking forward to see if I can keep up with some of my hardcore HP friends.Fantastic Beasts Perilous PursuitSticking with the Harry Potter theme, Fantastic Beasts Perilous Pursuit is a 2-4 player cooperative dice rolling game where players are working together to get all of Newt Scamander's beasts back inside of his magical suitcase. The game is set to release in September, around the release of the film, and will sell for $30.Snow White and the Seven Dwarves A Gemstone Mining GameSnow White and the Seven Dwarves A Gemstone Mining Game is a push your luck gemstone mining game. Players can earn points by discovering different gemstone combinations. The game looks nice on the table and has great components.This game is set to release in October, can be found at your Local Gaming Store, Barnes and Noble and even Gamestop.
