February 20, 2025 — Get ready for an in-your-face look at the anime-inspired blades-drawn stylings of INAYAH – Life after Gods! The hand-painted 2D Metroidvania and Boss-Rush game, crafted by creatives from Owlcat Games, Disney, and Blizzard, is giving players a deeper look into its brutal Hard-Mode challenge options via a new gameplay video. This heart-pumping trailer showcases a full demo run on the highest difficulty, highlighting the game's seamless weapon-switching system, precision combat, and anime-inspired, fluid platforming action.

Alongside the video, new comparison screenshots illustrate the distinct differences between the three difficulty levels:

  • Easy: More platforms to clear or cross, fewer enemies and traps, and increased access to upgrade materials – but certain achievements are locked.

  • Normal (Recommended): A balanced experience designed as the standard way to enjoy the INAYAH experience.

  • Hard: Fewer platforms but more enemies and traps, along with demanding pixel-precision gameplay – for those seeking to show off their game mastery.

The video and screenshots emphasize INAYAH's commitment to offering an experience tailored to every player type – from those seeking exploration and story — to veterans craving a white-knuckle test of skill. The anime-style visuals paired with intense, weapon-driven combat make every moment feel like a hand-animated battle come to life.
