Summary

Most of the story this week focuses completely on Erwin and what happens within the Capital district. Coming under suspicion of putting his own benefit above the rest of humanity, Erwin is charged with breaking Clause Six of the Humanity Charter. Erwin argues that to dismantle the Scouts would be akin to humanity surrendering themselves to fate. Either Titans will breach Wall Rose and force the survivors to flee causing a revolt or the continued food shortages will lead to open rebellion, unless humanity retakes Wall Maria.During the proceedings, it is announced that the Colossal Titan and Armored Titan have breached Wall Rose and that survivors are fleeing to Wall Sina. The nobles, looking out for themselves order that the Wall Sina be sealed and the survivors left to their fate. This all turns out to be a ruse concocted by Pyxis and Erwin. As the men in the royal chamber fight Premier Zachary, uses the opportunity to perform a coup d’etat. Citing that the men have broken Clause Six as well as placing someone in charge of the government that could be controlled, Zachary takes the council under arrest.News is relayed to Levi that the Scouts have been restored and his team rushes to save Eren. Erwin also dispatches the military to Lord Reeves many estates to help in the search, but won’t be able to mobilize until the morning. With time running out, Levi and his group head to the location where Lord Reeve’s family was killed during the Titan attack five years ago. And Eren struggles to free himself, trapped in a crystal chamber with Historia.[/vc_column_text][thb_image full_width="true" alignment="center" image="54038" img_size="full"][vc_column_text]ReviewWell not actually. While there was a lot that happened in this episode, I feel like this is merely the first half. As such, I’m withholding my review and I’ll include a full rundown of what happened in this week’s and next week’s episode.
